If your order has a different billing name and address than the shipping name and address, your order will not be processed until we receive authorization from the cardholder.

Purchase Orders:

We only accept purchase orders from government agencies and government accredited schools. In order for us to be able to process your purchase order, please contact our Customer Service at 800-388-0008.

 

Check or Money orders:

You may purchase with a check or money order sent in advance. Sorry, we do not offer the check by phone option at this time. Please call our Customer Service Department to obtain a quote, including the exact total of your order plus shipping, prior to sending your check. To expedite your order please include your quote number. Once the check or money order is received, product will ship within 24 hours.

International Orders

At this time, we do not currently accept international orders.

Sales Tax

Orders shipping to following states are subject to that states sales tax:

Minnesota

Any request for tax exemption must be accompanied by a tax exempt certificate faxed to 952-896-9899.

Return Policy

All sales are final unless current offer or special states otherwise. Product exchanges will be given for damaged or defective products and are sometimes* permitted for product ordered in error. All exchanges must be granted an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or they will be refused. Exchanges must be requested within 5 business days of order receipt.
